If we are not true believers in Jesus, then we are not free, but slaves to sin.

Verse 24 proves it. For if you don't believe that I Am He, you will die in your sins. What else needs to be said?!

If Jesus was the only one to testify for Himself, His witness is true.

Let us be diligent students of God's word in order to live righteously in His presence.

We need to understand the differences between the two advents.

It is a dangerous thing to believe those in authority without considering and checking the validity of what they say.

Religion is man telling you what to believe. Scripture is God telling you what to believe and who to believe in.

Is Jesus God in the flesh or just another ordinary man? The decision you make will determine your eternal destination.

So many people think that we shouldn't judge when, in reality, we are called to do so.

Those who are religious but not saved do not care about you or the Lord Jesus.

A true disciple of Jesus believes that only He has the true words of life.

These people learned the words of Jesus, His referencing of the Old Testament, accompanied with signs and wonders, decided to walk with Him no more.

There is only one way, one source, that leads to eternal life!

You can not lose that which you have not earned.

God is the true provider, man is not. Our responsibility is to offer the true Bread, which came down from heaven.

Why is it that when we run into difficulties, we take our eyes off Jesus and think to ourselves that we have to fix the problem when the first thing we should be doing is looking to Jesus?.

God doesn't expect us to sit around waiting for Him to provide that which we are able to do ourselves, while at the same time depending on Him to do that which we can not.

Jesus's third witness was God the Father, which was revealed through His written revelation.

The Old Testament required two or three witnesses in order to validate a claim. Jesus presented John the Baptist as His first and His works, miracles and wonders, as His second.

Jesus didn't provide a witness for his sake, but for their salvation.

Many who sit in churches today believe they are saved because of some past experience, but what is it about our present experience that leads us to believe we are saved today?!

Some will say Jesus never claimed to be God, but this passage says otherwise.

If you could only use one verse to prove you can not lose your salvation, this would be the verse.

Jesus never uses the words, I am God but he definetly was clear in that He is God

It was and is crucial for Jesus to be equal to the Father or God could not have done what He did!

Most people miss the Grace of God because they are so focused on other things.

Everyone's response to God's mercy and grace is different, but what should it be, especially in regards to salvation.

Whether you are rich, poor, young, old, man, woman, famous, unknown, black, white, brown or anywhere in between, we must all come to Jesus the same way and for the same reason.

If we want to be an effective witness we must learn from the One we seek to emulate.

Salvation is a personal decision, which will lead to one of two consequences. If we decide right, incredibly great concequence. If we decide wrong, incredibly terrible consequence. But, it is a decision we have to make for ourselves.

The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. If only we were willing to reap what other's have worked for.

It is crucial that those who make up the church understand that we must be about the finishing of God's work, which would require that we are not so consumed with the temporal, but the eternal.

when one comes to know Jesus as their Savior, the way they think should change dramatically.

In order for a person to get Saved, they first need to see the Need.

Everyone is thirsty. The problem with most is they don't know they are dehydrated and that Jesus is the only One Who can quench that thirst forever.

Missing the forest for the trees that is exactly what happens when we get so focused on any given passage and forget the purpose of the author

Wherever and however we serve our Savior, we must always remember, It's not about us, but about Him!

When God judges every individual He will judge them with one thing in mind; what do you believe concerning Jesus? This one Question will determine whether you are born again or still dead in your sin.

Being Born Again is understanding that in our natural, physical, state we are dead in our sin, But God, through His Son, Jesus, has provided a way of a second birth.

Jesus called out Nicodemus for being a teacher and not knowing God's word. This is true of many Christians today. They just don't understand the importance of knowing God's word.

The Scriptures are clear that our salvation comes about by the work of God and God alone.

A lot of people have a hard time understanding and/or explaining what it means to be born again, but it is very easy to understand and explain when you understand the word 'Again'.
